Wrestlemania Memories
Remembering the moments that make Mania special.
March 31, 2006 - Hulk slamming Andre. Ricky Steamboat beating The Macho Man. King Kong Bundy squashing the midget.
These are just some of the most memorable moments I have thinking back about Wrestlemania.
Hogan missing the leg drop on Warrior. Eddie and Chris Benoit winning the belts. Brock almost breaking his neck.
I can go on and on, but I decided to ask some of the biggest names in sports entertainment about the moments they remember. The moments that helped define the sport, their careers, and the legends that live on in our minds.
Shelton Benjamin
"My personal favorite Wrestlemania match of all time would be Hogan versus The Ultimate Warrior. I was a big Warrior fan, more so than a Hogan fan, and for him to win it…I just loved the guys with painted faces. It was a pure adrenaline rush. Anyone who knows me knows that I've been a Sting fan as long as I can remember. And the Ultimate Warrior fit that mold. He wasn't quite Sting, but he definitely fit that mold."
